Myristoyl-L-carnitine(chloride),FITC labeled is a fluorescent functional derivative. As a fluorescent probe, it is used for drug screening targeting acylcarnitine related transporters and visualizing the binding between small molecules and transporters. It can be used for tracking the transport of long-chain acylcarnitine in living cells, visually observing its distribution and transport process in the fatty acid metabolism pathway. It can be used as a fluorescent label internal standard in metabolomics research to assist in quantitative detection of changes in endogenous acylcarnitine content in biological samples.
